Returns & Exchanges

We happily accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at riseandglorygifts@gmail.com with your order number, what you’d like to return, and the reason. We’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll send you an update. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item.
